Starting in 2006 as an apartment maintenance technician for a 200-unit complex in Mission Viejo CA, I earned my EPA Universal refrigeration Certificate as a Refrigeration/HVAC technician in 2008 (Ice Makers, Walk-in Freezers and Coolers, Etc.) and from that point on as the field technician for a number of companies serviced in the field the hot side of their client’s kitchens.
