William Martinez has been involved in commercial kitchen repair for over ten years. Starting in 2006 as an apartment maintenance technician for a 200-unit complex in Mission Viejo CA, heearned his EPA Universal refrigeration Certificate as a Refrigeration/HVAC technician in 2008(Ice Makers, Walk in Freezers and Coolers, Etc.) and from that point on as the field technician for a number of companies serviced in the field the hot side of their client’s kitchens. This included Fryers, Pasta Cookers, Range Tops, Broilers, Ovens, Steam Wells, Steam Kettles, Food Warmers, B.B.Q. Smokers, Cheese Melter, Plate Warmers, Dish Machines, Glass Washers,Woks, Etc. Now he has decided to use the broad range of skills accumulated over the last decade and a half to create a value driven business that will provide cost effective service to those responsible for operating commercial kitchens.
